This notice explains the enquiry features on the Ofinan Energy EN590 & D2 trading website. For the existing company policy, visit OFINAN’s privacy policy. Contact contact@ofinan.com with privacy questions or requests.

Enquiries

Forms collect the details you choose to provide, including name, company, email, phone, role, product, quantity, destination and message. OFINAN uses these details to respond to enquiries and discuss potential transactions. The supply form is processed by Formspree; the general contact form uses the original FormSubmit service. These services receive the submitted information. Do not send bank credentials, identity documents or confidential transaction records through these forms.

Optional product updates

The product update checkbox is optional and separate from the enquiry consent. You can withdraw that consent by emailing contact@ofinan.com. Checking the box records your preference; delivery of updates depends on OFINAN’s mailing workflow.

Assistant and external services

The default site guide answers in your browser and keeps the current conversation in memory only. If you explicitly enable AI mode, your question is sent to the configured server and OpenAI to generate an answer. Do not share sensitive information. The AI service must be configured before it works. If OFINAN enables automated email assistance, customer enquiry emails may also be processed by OpenAI to prepare a reply.

The market ticker connects to TradingView automatically when you visit the homepage. TradingView may process technical usage information under its own policies. Fonts are bundled locally. WhatsApp, external product sites, Formspree and FormSubmit operate under their own policies.

Contact and control

Ask the trading desk about access, correction, deletion and retention of your enquiry records at contact@ofinan.com. Retention and any international transfers depend on the configured form and email services and OFINAN’s handling of your enquiry.
